The Sun Meditation
The Sun Meditation has proven itself to be very beneficial for those who want to clear their energy centres or chakras through visualisation.
Many people with different health challenges have felt enormous benefits from using this particular meditation on a regular basis. It will help you to get in touch with the condition of the chakras and to mentally assist in unblocking them using the visualisation outlined in the recording.
In addition, The Sun Meditation is a great one for just aligning yourself, intuitively with the Source of all being, and for tapping into your own innate consciousness within your innermost self.

Length: Approximately 30 minutes instruction, with additional 20 minutes of 'blank space' if you wish to just stay in the silence afterward.


Candle Gazing
Candle Gazing is one of the best prerequisites for entering into the actual condition of meditation itself. Candle Gazing is not strictly speaking a true meditation, but is more a concentration practice. But without proper concentration there is no true meditation.
This practice will teach you to control the 'monkey mind' that wants to leap about and distract you. The more that you do it, the better control you will gain over unwanted invasive thoughts. I recommend practising Candle Gazing for 30 days every day for about 10 or fifteen minutes, along the lines that this recording sets out. Once you follow the recording you will soon understand how to perform your Candle Gazing expertly. Once proficient, you will no longer need my voice guiding you.

The Rose Meditation
The following meditation is a practice in visualisation; you will engage all of the five senses but used at the level of the Mind, via your imagination.
This is a great way to train the mind to visualize, and to send subliminal messages to the brain which can help to create a deep state of introspection and meditation.
